How I coach?

The life coach definition is someone professionally trained to help you maximise your full potential. They are like a supportive friend and a trusted adviser rolled into one. A coach is someone who will push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself. I will help you to understand what your happy place looks like and put together a step-by-step plan that you feel comfortable and excited to achieve. I work in three steps to get you where you deserve to be.

STEP ONE.

Clarity Coaching

We will start from where you are now and get absolutely clear on what exactly would take you from fine to outstanding and what specifically is getting in your way.

We will evaluate your goals, aspirations, values and what you believe in, and what really matters most to you. This will ensure that what you believe you want to achieve will genuinely bring you contentment.

STEP TWO.

Strategy Coaching

Together we will create a plan of action tailored to you, to get you to your goal. We pinpoint the correct steps that you are happy with to get a real game plan and how to make it happen.

STEP THREE.

Accountability coaching

This is the big one where most people who try to achieve goals alone really fall short. If no one’s watching you, it’s easy to just quit when things get tough – but not with me. Let me support and encourage you to overcome your fear and anxiety to take actions and see them through until the end.
