A little about me
I am a fully qualified life coach with a diploma from The London Coaching Academy, accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I have over 10 years of experience in corporate marketing in the beauty and homeware industries. More relevantly I have plenty of experience, dealing with the daily demands that life brings alongside the challenges of being a parent struggling for an achievable work-life balance. I absolutely love helping someone to discover what they really want and then watching them get there step by step. I live in North London and I am happy to coach in person or over Zoom.

Frequently asked questions
How does coaching differ from therapy?
Good question. Both involve confidential conversations between 2 people. The main difference is that coaching focuses mainly on the present and the future, whereas therapy often involves a lot of thinking and talking about the past.
Do you work face to face or over the phone?
I offer both at present and I have experienced no difference in the quality of the session if anything clients can benefit from being in the comfort and security of their own homes and offices. I am happy to work via Zoom so clients can choose a time and place that is convenient for them.
Can I contact you outside of our sessions?
Yes, by all means. It’s fine to touch base briefly between meetings. You can drop me an email or text at any point and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can.
Is there anything that’s not OK to talk about?
No, not from my perspective. I’m happy to explore anything that’s important to you.
Are our conversations confidential?
Yes, totally.
